Sales Executive (Timber & Plywood / Japanese N2 & English) – Salary: VND 45–50 Million [29162 – D.1, HCM]

• Act as the key liaison between the Japanese headquarters and local suppliers in Vietnam, focusing on timber and plywood business operations.

• Coordinate with the headquarters' plywood and timber departments, arranging meetings, appointments, and schedules with local suppliers.

• Monitor orders, shipments, and delivery progress to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle business inquiries and facilitate communication between headquarters and suppliers through interpretation and translation.

• Accompany Japanese clients and executives on business visits to local plywood factories, forest plantations, and related facilities.

• Handle administrative procedures and documentation, including Certificates of Origin (C/O) and other required documents.

• Support other tasks and business activities as assigned by the manager.

• Age: 30–50.

• Bachelor's degree or above.

• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level (intermediate or higher).

• English proficiency at upper-intermediate level.

• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in the timber and plywood industry.

• Candidates should have relevant experience and be able to handle the responsibilities independently from the start.
