Sales Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth. This includes identifying new market opportunities and expanding business with current customers.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-lasting relationship with existing and potential customer.

Market Research & Analysis

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive products to provide insights into product development and pricing strategies.

Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment in product offerings and to address customer needs efficiently.

Customer Presentation & Negotiation

Lead customer presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry of related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in Personal Care or Home Care (laundry care, dishwashing, air care, car care and general household cleaners)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to negotiate and influence at all levels.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
• Proficient in problem solving
• Effective working in both independent and team work
• Strong oral, written and presentation in both Vietnamese and English
• Results-driven with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Strategic thinking to analyze customer objections & give appropriate solution
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a proactive strong team member.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
