The Sales Executive is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing buyer and vendor accounts, and promoting SGS testing, inspection and auditing services within the Electronics & Electrical sector. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the client portfolio and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new B2B customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing buyers, vendors and key accounts.

Manage sales enquiries, prepare quotations and service presentations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate testing services and solutions in coordination with internal technical teams.

Conduct market research on competitors’ pricing, testing capabilities and emerging services to identify new growth opportunities.

Organize client visits, meetings, technical seminars and marketing activities to promote SGS services and strengthen market presence.

Handle customer feedback, complaints and objections professionally, ensuring prompt response and effective follow-up with relevant teams.

Prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales reports, revenue updates, market insights, forecasts and competitor analyses.

At least

2 years of experience in B2B hunter sales, with a proven ability to develop new customers and achieve sales targets.

Strong selling, communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and engage clients proactively.

Good command of

English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

Experience in third-party testing, inspection and certification services is preferred.

Understanding of the Electronics & Electrical supply chain, particularly buyer and vendor networks, is an advantage.

Highly motivated, target-driven and capable of organizing client visits, technical seminars and sales activities independently.
