Sales Assistant Manager (paint. ink, printing, or packaging industry) – VND 30–35M | 29099 – Thuan An, Binh Duong

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the business by acquiring new customers, developing distributor networks, and strengthening the company’s market reputation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and distributors to retain existing business and identify new growth opportunities.
• Identify potential markets and develop sales services based on industry trends, customer feedback, and changing business needs.
• Monitor sales performance and continuously improve sales activities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze competitor activities, market statistics, and industry trends to support business planning and decision-making.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets; monitor individual and team performance.
• Support recruitment, training, work scheduling, and day-to-day development of sales team members.
• Conduct regular customer visits and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Develop and implement annual sales budgets and identify strategies to achieve business targets.
• Monitor inventory levels in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with Finance and Sales Administration teams to follow up on customer payments and ensure effective credit control.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Working Hours: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Printing Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or sales support roles.
• 1–3 years of experience in the paint, ink, printing, or packaging industry.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency with good communication skills.
• Male candidates aged 27–38.
