Collect, consolidate, validate and maintain sales data from relevant internal sources.

Prepare periodic sales reports, including daily, weekly and monthly sales performance, target achievement, order status and other assigned business indicators.

Track sales performance against assigned targets at individual, team and branch levels; highlight gaps, unusual fluctuations and potential risks.

Analyze sales trends, customer purchasing patterns, product performance and other relevant business indicators.

Prepare data summaries and analytical reports to identify performance gaps, growth opportunities and areas requiring corrective action.

Maintain, update, validate and standardize customer, sales activity and account information in the CRM system.

Monitor CRM data quality and support the implementation of data management guidelines.

Coordinate with Accounting to prepare customer accounts receivable reconciliation files and supporting reports.

Consolidate reconciliation results, track customer responses and follow up on outstanding confirmations or discrepancies.

Manage, check and archive delivery documents, including delivery notes, proof of delivery, and other relevant supporting documents.

Manage and update customer information related to approved post-sales benefits, commercial support programs, and applicable customer entitlements.

Perform other sales administrative tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Good command of Microsoft Excel, including data consolidation, lookup functions, PivotTables and reporting.

Ability to interpret sales data and identify performance trends and discrepancies.

Experience with CRM systems and business reporting tools is an advantage.

Good coordination, communication and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain data confidentiality.
