WE-EDIT Vietnam provides creative outsourcing services for the international real estate industry, including real estate photo editing, video editing, and virtual staging. We serve business clients across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe.

We are looking for a results-driven Senior International B2B Sales Executive who can independently identify, approach, acquire, and convert new international business clients into paying customers.

This role requires direct international service sales experience. We are looking for a hands-on sales hunter, not an order-processing or customer-support specialist.

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing paid deals. (Chuyển đổi và chốt đơn | Sales Conversion & Closing
• Convert trials into paying clients, generate recurring revenue, and grow account value.
• Manage the sales pipeline, conversion rates, revenue forecasts, and CRM accuracy. 

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 3+ years of B2B Sales/Business Development experience with a proven track record in new client acquisition and closing. 
  
• Strong business English and the ability to independently engage and negotiate with international clients. 
  
• A proactive, results-driven hunter who can demonstrate individual sales performance and revenue generated. 
  
• Experience in international services, Creative Services, Real Estate Media, Outsourcing/BPO, or IT/SaaS is preferred. 

THIS ROLE IS NOT A FIT IF

• Your experience is limited to domestic sales in Vietnam, without direct international service sales experience.
• You primarily handle export/import orders, order processing, or sales administration without acquiring and closing clients.
• Your experience focuses on existing account maintenance or customer service rather than new business acquisition.
• You manage a sales team but have limited hands-on experience in prospecting, negotiating, and closing international clients.
• You cannot demonstrate individual sales results or independently communicate and negotiate in English.

• Flexible Base Salary: VND 20,000,000–28,000,000 gross/month, negotiable based on proven B2B sales performance.
