Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the risk management framework in accordance with ISO 31000 and COSO ERM standards.

• Coordinate risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation activities across business units and projects.

• Manage and maintain risk registers, risk databases, and risk management software.

• Consolidate and analyze risk information and prepare periodic and ad-hoc risk reports for management.

• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on risk management methodologies and practices.

• Organize risk management training, workshops, and awareness programs to strengthen risk culture.

• Participate in project and tender teams to integrate risk management into project execution.

• Support risk audits, inspections, compliance reviews, and follow-up corrective actions.

• Continuously improve risk management processes, procedures, and documentation.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Auditing, Risk Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management and/or Project Risk Management.

• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, governance, and internal controls.

• Big 4 background preferred.

• Good analytical, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, Power BI; experience with risk management software is an advantage.

• English proficiency (TOEIC 600+ or equivalent).
