Tuyển dụng Risk Management Manager tại Hồ Chí Minh

We are seeking a Risk Management Manager to support the Company's Risk Management and Corporate Governance framework. The role will lead risk assessment activities, maintain risk governance processes, monitor key risk indicators, coordinate regulatory reporting, and support governance initiatives in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The role forms part of the Company’s second line of defense and works independently from business functions, in coordination with relevant Regional functions.

Key responsibilities:

1. Risk Management:

- Implement and maintain the Company’s risk management framework, policies and procedures.

- Conduct and coordinate risk assessments, including RCSA, maintain the Risk Register and monitor KRIs, risk limits, incidents and remediation actions.

- Coordinate operational risk, third-party and outsourcing risk, Business Continuity Management and related risk activities.

- Prepare quarterly, annual and ad hoc risk reports and escalate material risks as required.

- Corporate Governance risk management:

• Support the implementation and monitoring of the Company’s governance framework, including applicable legal and regulatory requirements, governance policies and regional standards.
• Perform assigned governance activities, including monitoring and risk assessments, sanctions screening, third-party due diligence, required disclosures, customer complaint monitoring, internal investigations and other financial crime, conduct and ethics requirements.
• Support governance policies, training and periodic/ad hoc reporting, and promptly escalate material issues as required.

2. Governance, Reporting & Training:

- Support regulatory reporting and engagement with the IAV, MOF, ISA as well as other competent authorities and industrial organizations.

- Coordinate functional training and awareness activities and promote an appropriate governance culture.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Legal and Corporate Governance Leader.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Audit, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification in risk management (CPA, FRM, PRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• At least 03 years of working experience in one or more fields of insurance, finance, risk or audit. Strong preference will be given to candidates with manager level experience and/or a background in legal and regulatory affairs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English and Vietnamese.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
