A shared service center in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) and Hanoi which utilizes innovative, intelligent automation and state-of-the-art data processing and analysis technology to support KPMG’s Deals, Tax, Legal (DTL), Audit, and Consulting service teams at key steps of client engagements.

Job Description

Perform Audit Support services mainly for the Financial Statements (“FS”) preparation and issuance process, including the following main responsibilities:

o Prepare FS skeletons;

o Translate FS and other relevant documents from English into Vietnamese and vice versa;

o Format FS and other relevant documents in accordance with specific guidance and requirements;

o Take responsibility for the consistency and linguistic quality of all documents which are distributed externally;

o Stamp and prepare cover letters for delivery purposes;

o Other tasks required by mentor/Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

o Bachelor’s degree of English, Business Administration or equivalent qualifications is highly preferred o Good translation skill, translation experience in finance or accounting sector for foreign invested bank/companies is preferred o Competent and literate with the following packages: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook o Details oriented and strong organizational, time management skills and effective communication skills o Ability to work and perform under pressure with tight deadlines o Smooth coordination within the function and other related functions of KPMG o Enthusiastic, demonstrate “can do” and “team working” attitude with an ability to learn quickly
