Are you passionate about data, reporting, and ERP systems? We are looking for a Reporting & ERP Support Specialist to join our operations team in Papua New Guinea (PNG). This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in an international commodity trading environment while supporting business reporting, ERP operations, and continuous process improvement.

What You'll Do

- Review daily operational transactions and ensure accurate posting in Microsoft Dynamics NAV

- Perform reconciliation between operational records and ERP data

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports

- Develop Excel-based reporting tools and dashboards

- Support inventory, accounting, and trading teams with data analysis

- Train local employees on reporting standards and ERP processes

- Drive data accuracy and process improvement initiatives

Yêu cầu công việc

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, business, or related fields

- 2-5 years of experience in Reporting, ERP, Finance Operations, or Data Analysis

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup functions, dashboards)

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good written and spoken English

- Willingness to relocate and work in Papua New Guinea, and to meet the medical fitness requirements for an international assignment
