About the Role

To support the Maintenance-By-the-Hour (MBHTM) program in the function of repair management (RM). With the partnership and engagement of our vast network of vendors and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), we ensure the repairs of our customer’s and MBHTM assets are achieved in a timely and cost efficient manner to fulfill the demands of the MBHTM supply chain

Key Responsibilities

• Technical/Engineering Evaluation of Unserviceable (U/S) Component/Data for Development of Repair Strategy: Review data of the unserviceable (U/S) components as provided by the end user for discrepancy and follow up with relevant parties (e.g. PM, etc.) for correction to ensure accurate information are provided

• Monitoring & Expediting of Repairs and Inbound Shipments from Vendor, and notify vendors of approaching deadlines for repair induction to ensure timely update and prioritization by vendors while resolve shipment delay with relevant parties.

• Monitoring & Expediting of Repair Quotations from Vendors: quotations issuance, notify the deadlines and update work request progress.

• Preparation and Issuance of Work Request & Monitoring of Outbound Shipment to Vendors

Education & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or Aeronautical, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office

• Effective English communication skill to communicate and negotiate with various parties

• Strong analytical skills and abilities to prioritize workload

Experience

• Experience in aviation industry, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Commercial Operations role preferred

• Experience in the Aerospace, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul), or Engineering industry preferred
