Key Responsibilities

1. UX Analytics Leadership

• Own the UX Analytics team's direction, priorities, quality standards, and outcomes across product and user-experience initiatives
• Translate business and product goals into clear analytical priorities, research questions, and measurable outcomes
• Build and scale the team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and capability development
• Establish a data-driven UX culture where product decisions are supported by user behavior, metrics, experimentation, and market intelligence
• Own the quality bar for analytical outputs, ensuring insights are accurate, actionable, and trusted across the organization
• Represent UX insights, team performance, and key user-experience opportunities to senior leadership

2. Product & User Experience Analytics

• Analyze user behavior, product funnels, engagement, and performance metrics to identify UX gaps and improvement opportunities
• Monitor product signals and proactively identify issues before they develop into significant business or user-experience problems
• Turn complex data into clear recommendations that influence product priorities, user journeys, and business decisions
• Drive experimentation and continuous improvement through structured analysis, monitoring, and measurement

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Market, and other stakeholders to align analytical priorities with business and product objectives
• Communicate analytical findings clearly and influence stakeholders to translate insights into measurable product improvements
• Balance strategic team leadership with hands-on analytical problem-solving when complex or high-impact issues require deeper investigation

Product & Analytics Experience

• 6+ years of experience in product analytics, UX analytics, data analytics, or a related analytical function within digital products
• Proven experience leading analysts and owning analytical outcomes rather than simply producing dashboards or reports
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with product analytics platforms such as PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of user behavior, product funnels, experimentation, metrics, and data-driven product decision-making

Leadership & Team Building

• Proven experience building or scaling an analytics team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing analysts
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to set expectations, develop talent, and hold team members accountable
• Comfortable balancing strategic team direction with hands-on analytical investigation when required

Business & Stakeholder Management

• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business or product questions into structured analytical priorities and actionable recommendations
• Clear and direct communicator who can effectively influence Product, Engineering, QA, Market, and senior leadership teams
• Strong business judgment with the ability to identify what matters and make decisions based on incomplete or complex information
