Job overview

The QFS Manager role manages day to day activities at the Long Binh QFS activities in ofi Spice Vietnam, including QFS assurance of Raw/packaging material, Processing, and Finished Goods. Additionally, this role will also be responsible for the deployment of all QFS systems from ofi regional ofi Global - Reporting and for all QFS activities in connection/collaboration with the relevant department within ofi.

Responsibilities

- Ensure that all QFS activities comply with Safety /Health Safety Environmental policies and company regulations.

- Set up/implement/maintain and enhance the QFS system, including QFS assurance of Raw/packaging material, Processing, and Finished Goods. Provide the direction of enhancing the QFS system to fulfill new updates/changes in the business.

- Participate in the QFS (region / global) programs per requirements.

- Internal/ external QFS audit – reporting

- Customer complaint handling

- Manage/train the QFS team including on-the-job training and QFS training (current and new team members)

- Manage the in-house laboratories.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University graduate (or higher) is needed: Micro/ Chemistry – Food Technology is preferred.

- Get used to GSFI requirements and practical implementation of GSFI (HACCP, BRC, ISO 22000, Halal, RA, Organic etc.).

- At least 8-10 years (or more) experience in food quality assurance/ Food/ Experience in agricultural products is preferable

- Excellence in English (4 skills) is required.
