1. Team Management & Coordination

- Assign, supervise, and coordinate technical tasks for team members under responsibility.

- Train, coach, and develop the professional capabilities of team members.

- Evaluate team performance (KPIs) and provide periodic reports to upper management.

2. Technical Operations & Improvement

- Execute and organize technical tasks as assigned by management.

- Propose and implement process improvement solutions, system optimization initiatives, and cost/waste reduction measures.

- Research and develop new products (bolts, nuts, wood screws, brackets, etc.) and improve existing products based on the market needs of the furniture and woodworking industry.

3. Quality Management

- Develop and manage quality standards and product categories for metal hardware accessories used in interior and exterior furniture that the company is trading.

- Inspect incoming materials (steel, zinc, plating layers, etc.) and outgoing products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.

- Control technical specifications such as thread dimensions, tensile strength, corrosion resistance, and plating quality (zinc plating, electroplating, etc.) to ensure suitability for indoor and outdoor environments.

- Handle customer quality complaints, analyze root causes, and propose corrective and preventive actions.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting

- Coordinate with other departments (Purchasing, Sales, etc.) to resolve issues arising during operations.

- Work with suppliers and customers regarding technical requirements, drawings, and product standards.

- Prepare technical and quality reports as required.

5. Training & Development

- Participate in and organize training programs to improve technical expertise for both self and team members.

- Stay updated on technologies and industry standards (DIN, ISO, JIS, etc.) applicable to metal hardware accessories.

Technical Skills

- Solid knowledge of manufacturing engineering, mechanical processing, and surface treatment/plating.

- Good understanding of materials (steel, stainless steel, alloys) and thread/fastener standards and dimensions.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.

- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and technical software applications.

- Strong understanding of quality management systems/tools such as ISO 9001, 5S, and Kaizen.

- Good problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

- College or University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields (University degree preferred).

- At least 2 years of technical experience in manufacturing, preferably in factories producing interior and exterior wood/furniture products, including at least 1 year in a similar Leader/Team Leader position.

WORKING HOURS:

- Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 17:00 | Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00

- 1 WFH day per month

WORK LOCATION:

- Lot 14-16-18-20, Street No. 36, Binh Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
