1. Involve in BRD/SRS stage, understand the requirement and setup/ influence the expectation of quality 

• Peer-review or code review 
• Test case definitions by business customers, IT security, IT Operations, risks 
• Managing and executing Testing 
• Performance testing 
• Scalability testing 
• Automated Regression testing 
• Non-functional testing: monitoring/create test-related artifacts (test plan, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, test reports) 

2. Manages and performs test executions, including delivery results of test such as test status, reports.

3.  Coordinates with other project team members to maintain delivery schedule of quality products

4. Coordinates with other project team members to keep stable test environments

5. Coordinates with other project team members to support business owner for UAT

6. Coordinates with other project team members to follow test process and policy

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Educational Qualifications

• Graduate information technology university

2.  Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

• Strong knowledge about software development process (e.g CMMI, Agile) 
• Strong knowledge and ability to using test environments (e.g. Automation tests, Test management system, Bug tracking tool) 
• Experience in documenting QA defined deliverables (e.g. Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test cases) 

3. Skills

• Good at communication skill 
• Logical thinking required as engineers 
• Ability to capture the industry, implementation of scientific work. 
• Ability to work independently with high intensity work, good team work. 
• Be careful, responsible, self-discipline and confidentiality of bank data

4.  Relevant Experience 

• 3 years experiences in testing on digital banking, mobile banking 

5. Required Competencies

• Strong knowledge and ability to software testing
