CONTEXT:

• Growing business in term of Purchasing amount and Project quantity

• New sourcing organization more supplier oriented with more autonomy given to SEB Asia

• Running system refreshed in term of global directive, development and quality procedure, IT tools (PLM, SAP), KPI (lead time, price, cost, etc)

• Evolution on Chinese factory way of working with more differentiated styles (HK, Taiwan, Chinese (big or small company)) and more profit oriented instead of turnover oriented.

• More autonomy thanks to SEB ASIA platform

• Participation of Quality team in project qualification at RP stage

• Ensure manufacturing process through QNE validation, Cpk analysis

• Improve supplier efficiency and first time pass

MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:

• Lead the continuous quality improvement projects to enhance process stability and throughput yield.

• Ensure that our quality procedures are strictly applied

• Conduct quality audit on a regular basis (Control Plan audit, Food stuff audit …)

• Bring new ideas to improve our system

• Handle complaint from BU , Market due to in sufficient process / quality control from suppliers by using Quality tools by NCF process

• Drive for the status of SEB inspection delegation in supplier

• Drive for the Product Management task (PCR,CAP,NCF) after MP

• Perform on-site and visiting audits covering process, equipment, 5S, traceability and labeling; ensure suppliers comply with SEB standards

• To follow other delegated job from supervisor

• Master / Bachelor Degre

Yêu cầu công việc

• Master / Bachelor Degree in Engineering field (Perferred in Quality / Manufacturing / Mechanical / Electronic)

• With at least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing field (Perferred in Process improvement，Experience with Linen Care products is preferred)

• Strong analytical & problem-solving capabilities

• Strong communication Skills

• Excellent communication across usual cultural barriers

• Fluent in English – Chinese , Preference will be given to Chinese candidates living in Vietnam, with Vietnamese language proficiency being a strong plus

• Logical, data-driven, ability to independently lead quality improvement projects. （Experience in leading improvement project (Perfered with Six Sigma / Lean Project)

• Proficient in 8D, 5Why, Fishbone Diagram, Affinity Diagram, Cpk/Ppk, SPC, MAS, FMEA.

• Strong data analysis, problem-solving and project management capabilities.

• Familiar with the production process of small household appliances

• Familiar with SDA related component process is preferred, such as injection, stamping, coating process.

• Familiar with SDA related component is preferred, such as: motor, thermostat , heating element , PCBA , …
