• Management of materials related to the estimation of works and projects of the company.
• Evaluate materials, check cost estimates in the cost estimate table made by the design consultant during the construction design phase.
• Provide the item of estimated volume, type of equipment and materials for the room tender management to conduct bid invitation.
• Proposing ideas on products suitable to the specific requirements of each project.
• Comply with the application of existing management processes such as: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
• Can read drawings such as Shop drawing, MEP. Has knowledge of structure, electricity and water, air-conditioning, ventilation, perfect knowledge of kitchen equipment, laundry equipment related to restaurant field, hotel.
• Thorough and accurate understanding of project management, investment cost management, quality management records. The settlement procedures and relevant current regulations.
• Check and supervise the implementation of the process of workers outside the construction site in accordance with the process of the investor.
• Support Project Manager to handle documents related to acceptance, go on a business trip to the province to complete acceptance documents (if assigned by Project Manager).
• Urging to sign documents at the Site, at the Supervision Consultant and the Investor.
• Report problems arising outside the Site related to the relevant departments.

• Quantity take-off and bid estimation.
• Project documentation and final account preparation.
• In-depth knowledge and mastery of FIDIC contracts.
• Strong communication skills with Clients and Project Management Units (PMU).
• Expertise in MEP systems and interior works.
• Fluent in English.
