QM Supervisor

***Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Assist in developing/ implementing manufacturing strategies and incorporating operational safety in the QM Team.

• Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Tier2 Operations Management

• Manage Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and processes at Tier2.

• Work closely with Tier 2 teams in IQC, PQC, and OQC to ensure compliance with quality standards and maintain product quality.

• Follow up the Daily Production Schedule with Tier2.

• Check daily production in all workshops to identify and prevent serious QM problems and potential production delays.

• Assist in retrieving daily one “production pulls” per line for lab testing.

• Check all AQL Final Inspections and Reports.

• Create and store all production keep sample packages.

• Support Tier 1 claim handling and monitor improvement effectiveness and Report (if have).

• Coordinate with production to analyze root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions.

• Assist in destroying the production, keep sample packages older than 2 years.

• Supply Chain Management: Assist in retrieving “production pull” for RSL testing.

• Risk Management:

• Identify and report potential risks and challenges to the QM Manager.

• Recommend, when in doubt, whether an order should or shouldn’t ship.

Yêu cầu công việc

• College or University degree (Engineering/Quality Management major preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Quality in Footwear company.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, strong listening skills.

• Strong organization skills and Consistent Quality Mindset.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for reporting and data analysis).

• Proficiency in Chinese/Vietnamese, communicative English.

• Location: Co Cham Village, Ha Bac Commune, Hai Phong City, Vietnam (formerly Hai Duong Province)
