JOB PURPOSE

Build up the first QC inspector to carry out quality control operation with the same workflow and criteria in VN. As a QC inspector, you will be responsible for managing supplier quality to ensure materials and products meet company and customer requirements. You will drive supplier quality improvement through audits, performance monitoring, and corrective actions. You will also oversee incoming inspections, sample testing, and the resolution of supplier and customer quality issues while working closely with internal teams and suppliers to maintain high quality standards.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

• Carry out regular pre-shipment inspection according to pre-define workflow and inspection instruction.
• Discuss with suppliers for the quality problems identified during pre-shipment inspection, and work with suppliers for the short-term and long-term improvement solutions.
• Conduct production supervision on behalf of Einhell with pre-defined guideline to minimize quality risk on supplier sites.
• Work with SQE to conduct pilot production to identify the production process problems and quality system problem during new product development stage, and follow up the improvement actions to close identified process and quality system problem.
• Other tasks assigned by the quality management team.
• 1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 2. Excellent English skills in reading, writing and speaking. Chinese is a plus.
• 3. Can use Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Outlook / PowerPoint).
• 4. Be familiar with electrical products (power tools or garden tools is a plus).
• 5. Willing to travel frequently.
• 6. Experience with Mass Production Inspection preferred.
