Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for performance testing and data validation testing.
• Collaborate with the Development and DevOps teams to integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Conduct load testing and stress testing, and monitor system metrics such as CPU, memory, network, and database performance.
• Develop test scripts to compare and validate data across multiple sources, including APIs, databases, files, and third-party systems.
• Test real-time communication via WebSocket and MQTT to ensure system stability, performance, and reliability.
• Analyze logs, prepare test reports, and provide recommendations to improve system performance and data quality.
• Contribute to the standardization and improvement of test automation processes within the project.
• Lead and manage the QA team: assign tasks, review test cases and automation code quality, and mentor junior team members.

Your Skills and Experience

Required

• At least 3 years of experience as a QA Lead and 7 years of experience in QA/QC.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Locust, Gatling, or k6.
• Experience working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) and writing SQL queries for data validation.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, WebSocket, MQTT, and automated testing for API and messaging systems.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).

Preferred

• Experience in big data testing or data pipelines (Kafka, Spark, Hadoop).
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and testing.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK Stack.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to analyze and interpret system logs.
