• Operate the factory's day-to-day purchasing: create, process and follow up purchase orders (POs) on the ERP system in line with production needs — correct quantity, specification and delivery timing.
• Source, compare and evaluate suppliers; request quotations and negotiate price, payment and delivery terms to optimize cost.
• Handle purchasing-related issues, including shortages, defective or non-conforming goods, returns/replacements, delivery delays and claims with suppliers.
• Track order and delivery progress and update the relevant departments (production, warehouse, accounting) in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing data, supplier information and records in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and accounting teams on goods receipt, invoices and inventory reconciliation.
• Follow up supplier payments and outstanding balances with accounting; help control purchasing and shipping costs.
• Support import-export and related documentation when required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Fluent English communication (written and spoken) for working with suppliers and international partners.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system (e.g., Ecount or similar).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing / procurement using an ERP system.
• Experience purchasing mechanical / technical / engineering parts is a strong advantage.
• Good negotiation, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Careful, detail-oriented, proactive and reliable, with a high level of integrity.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, Engineering or a related field.
