As an AI Sales Engineer, you will help enterprise clients understand where AI can address their business challenges and create value. Working with sales and technical colleagues, you will lead discovery, shape compelling solution narratives and bring relevant AI offerings to life through presentations and demonstrations. You will connect client priorities with our AI capabilities, from packaged offerings to tailored solutions, helping promising conversations progress into qualified opportunities, scoped proposals and engagements.

Responsibilities

Your Impact

• Understand Client Priorities: Lead discovery conversations to identify business goals, pain points and relevant AI use cases.
• Make AI Value Clear: Present AI solutions to executive and technical audiences, connecting capabilities with the outcomes clients want to achieve.
• Bring Solutions To Life: Develop demonstrations, presentations and solution narratives with internal subject-matter experts.
• Qualify Opportunities: Translate client needs into recommended next steps and clear inputs for proposals.
• Support Opportunity Progression: Partner with account and sales teams to move opportunities forward, maintaining accurate CRM records and clear ownership of next steps.
• Strengthen Our Sales Approach: Improve reusable materials and repeatable ways to communicate the team’s AI capabilities.

Qualifications

Experience in a client-facing technical sales, solutions engineering, consulting or AI focused role.

Confidence presenting to clients and translating technical concepts into language that resonates with business audiences.

Working knowledge of AI, generative AI, data, cloud or digital transformation solutions.

Strong discovery, communication and relationship-building skills.

The ability to collaborate effectively across sales, delivery and technical teams. Additional Experience We Value • Experience with enterprise AI or agentic AI opportunities.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI products or services.

Experience developing demonstrations, proposals or sales materials for clients.

Additional information

Experience developing enterprise AI strategies, blueprints, or transformation roadmaps.

Hands-on familiarity with modern LLM development, agent frameworks, vector/search technologies, or AI orchestration.

Experience applying AI solution patterns across industries in fast-moving, innovation-led environments.
