• Develop sales activities and achieve assigned revenue targets within the responsible territory.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, contractors, installers, dealers, and project partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Work closely with technical teams to provide suitable solutions for customers and projects.
• Support customers with technical documents, quotations, product samples, demonstrations, and presentations.
• Conduct customer visits, project visits, and follow up on project opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and provide value-based solutions instead of commodity selling.
• Research competitors, market trends, and customer requirements to develop sales strategies.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Materials, or related fields is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction-related sales or technical sales.
• Experience selling directly to contractors, installers, project owners, or construction-related customers is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to explain technical product benefits and solutions to customers.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and project visits.
• Good English communication skills is an advantage.
