• Job Summary
• The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating testing projects for electrical and electronic products. The role serves as the main contact point between customers, laboratory engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure testing projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Key Responsibilities
• Project Management & Coordination
• Receive and review customer testing requests.
• Coordinate project schedules with laboratory teams and testing engineers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure testing activities are completed within the agreed turnaround time.
• Follow up on testing status and proactively address potential delays.
• Track project milestones and maintain accurate project records.
• Customer Communication
• Act as the primary contact person throughout the testing process.
• Clarify customer requirements, testing standards, and project timelines.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and testing status.
• Coordinate sample submission, additional information requests, and project changes.
• Sample & Documentation Management
• Coordinate the receipt, registration, and tracking of test samples.
• Ensure all required documents and technical information are collected before testing starts.
• Review test request forms and supporting documents for completeness.
• Support the preparation and issuance of test reports and related deliverables.
• Quality & Compliance
• Ensure project activities comply with company procedures and quality requirements.
• Support internal audits and quality system activities when required.
• Follow laboratory safety rules and operational procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, customer service, sales support, or a similar role.
• Experience in testing, inspection, certification (TIC), electronics manufacturing, or laboratory environments is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
