Focus Area:

The candidate will be responsible for pump or/and pumping station and valves design, application and providing the quotation. This requires developing and interpreting specifications for both pump and valves in various market sector and applications.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Selection of pumps and valves, its accessories in accordance with inquiry and/or tender specifications.

• Preparation of quotation - price calculation for the pumps, pumping system packages or valve following pricing policy and structure.

• Submit technical solution proposal for pumps, pumping system or valves in consultation with sales and various department.

• Provides technical support to sales and if needed and required, will attend customer technical meeting with sales.

• Responsible for specific applications or products.

• Developing responsible products specification.

• Support service for technical support if required.

• Maintaining quotation log on monthly basis.

• Provide product and application training to internal sales, dealers and external customers.

• Liaise with manufacturing factories to provide maximum support in working quotation and improve delivery time.

• Negotiate with sub-suppliers for better price and delivery time.

• Support sales to prepare and review sales contract.

• To use SAP Business One for quotation and order processing.

• On receipt of sales contract – prepare order and ensure proper hand over of Purchase order along with all back up working information with factory and price calculations.

• Required working together with various department.

• Update technical documentation and price lists.

• Prepare product and application presentation.

• Update company technical documentations and marketing information and circulate to sales staffs.

• Support marketing to review technical documentation translation.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical engineering or Hydraulic engineering or related engineering disciplines.

• Experiences: Minimum 2-3 years working experience in design consultant company (Experience and knowledge in Pump and Valve will be an advantage).

• Team player.

• Good spoken and written English is pre-requisite.

• Strong technical knowledge.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Independent, self-motivated and effective communication skills.

• Knowledge in SAP Business One will be advantage.

• Able to handle multi-task.

• Able to travel for overseas assignment such as meetings and trainings when assigned.

• Possess own transport.
