Bachelor’s degree in

Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a closely related technical field, or equivalent production leadership experience.

Five (5) or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including meaningful leadership responsibility in production operations.

Proven people leadership experience managing frontline teams in fabrication, prefabrication, welding, metal processing, bus fabrication, or similar industrial manufacturing operations.

Experience working closely with employee union functions, planning, purchasing, engineering, quality, maintenance.

Demonstrated success leading supervisors, team leads, and/or hourly production employees in a fast-paced factory environment.

Strong understanding of production control, labor planning, daily execution management, and manufacturing performance metrics.

Demonstrated ability to identify operational gaps, drive corrective actions, and lead continuous improvement in a factory environment.

Proven ability to lead and develop frontline leaders and production teams.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and team leadership skills.

Ability to operate effectively across multiple production locations and maintain alignment in execution standards and expectations.

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in switchgear, electrical equipment manufacturing, or other engineered-to-order industrial production environments.
• Experience with
• Lean Manufacturing, visual management, and structured continuous improvement methods.
• Experience partnering with planning, materials, quality, engineering, maintenance, employee union functions.
• English proficiency required; additional language capability is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP and ERP systems in a manufacturing setting.

• The pay range for this position is $143,000 - $193,000 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
