Tuyển dụng Production Engineer (English) tại Bắc Ninh

1. Develop standard work documents based on technical documentation from HQ and ensure the distribution of technical documents to the production areas (e.g., DTV, Inspection Check Sheets...)

2. Set up, maintain, and update data in the ERP system

3. Control engineering processes and technical documentation

4. Manage production machines, equipment, and tools, including tracking, inventory control, procurement coordination, and other related activities.

5. Be responsible for setting up and managing production programs (label, winding coil…)

6. Coordinate with other departments such as QC, Purchasing and warehouse to ensure smooth operations

7. Compile and maintain records of technical issues occurring on the production line (weekly/monthly).

8. Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors

Yêu cầu công việc

- Knowledge requirement: College or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical–Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or a related field

- Skills requirement:

+ Knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes in a factory environment. Knowledge of Engineering Master Data management and document control. Familiarity with technical drawings, ERP systems, BOM, SOP, WI, ECN/ECR, and other engineering documentation.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong data management and data control skills with attention to accuracy and consistency. Good planning, organization, and time management skills. Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.

- Attitude requirement: Agile, proactive, responsible, and highly disciplined. Meticulous, precise, and able to work independently. Communication skills with relevant departments. Logical thinking, good analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to handle work pressure.
