Job Description

Collect, organize, and summarize departmental documents, records, and basic data.

Support dept new hire training activities, including training records and related materials.

Assist with daily administrative and coordination tasks within the department.

Provide oral interpretation for meetings and daily communication when required.

Support cross department task if have.

Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Job requirement

Able to use basic office software (such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for daily administrative work.

Good learning ability and a positive working attitude; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Language: English /and Chinese communication skill.
