• Training Planning & Execution: Formulate monthly/quarterly training plans aligning HQ strategy with local retail needs. Conduct onboarding, skill upgrades, product launch, and post-sales installation training.
• Courseware Development: Analyze kitchen appliance features (range hoods, hobs, ovens, dishwashers, water purifiers, etc.) to create PPTs, sales scripts, and casebooks. Monitor competitor trends to update content.
• Multi-Scenario Coaching: Deliver offline and online training to store staff, PG/PBs, and dealers. Provide on-site frontline coaching on product demos, sales tactics, and customer communication.
• Training Evaluation: Assess training effectiveness through tests, roleplays, store spot-checks, and sales tracking. Continuously optimize courses based on frontline feedback.
• Best Practice Sharing: Extract top sales cases and service tactics from high-performing stores to build a standardized terminal knowledge base.
• Localization & Technical Training: Translate HQ training materials into Vietnamese. Guide partners on hands-on product disassembly, assembly, and repair.
• Other Duties: Support key campaign rollouts, generate training reports, and handle tasks assigned by line managers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Education & Languages: Associate degree or higher. Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Experience: 1–3 years in retail training, sales enablement, or internal instruction in home appliances, or building materials (kitchen appliance background preferred; fast learners with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Core Skills: Solid knowledge of kitchen appliance mechanics. Strong capability in independent courseware creation, public speaking, and converting complex technical specs into clear sales points. Proficient in PPT and Excel.
• Soft Skills & Traits: High initiative, team player, strong organizational and execution skills. Resilient under pressure and willing to travel for short business trips.
