Overall Description

• Ensure product safety in compliance to Schindler standard

• SAIS fulfilment and quality

• CPSI quality and quality

Key Responsibilities:

- CPSI - 100% CPSI fulfillment in alignment with Schindler and local safety standard

• Perform 5-year Safety Inspection in collaboration with EI

• Audit 1-year Safety Inspection in collaboration with EI

• Perform 1 year CPSI inspector assessment

• Perform CPSI plus inspection

• Support EI by providing on-site training and minor repairs

• Prepare Periodic Site Inspection Report

- SAIS - Ensure 100% units inspected meet Schindler and local acceptance requirement.

• Plan and perform Acceptance Inspections (SAIS) in collaboration with NI

• Follow up in case of non-conformity by re-inspection

• Support NI by providing on-site training

• Confirm that SAIS is passed

• Prepare Acceptance Inspection Reports

• Collaborate with Supervisor / Project Manager

• Demonstrate Schindler’s values on site

- Occupational Health and Safety - “Zero Workplace Injury”

• To drive and develop safety behaviour and culture across Schindler Vietnam in accordance with Safety Management System, legal requirements, Schindler Global safety Fundamental and Initiatives;

• To report all Unsafe Event and Incidents according to Schindler Safe Working Procedure (SOP) and legal requirements;

• To lead by example and be safety role model in responsible areas and/or Team;

• To ensure fulfill all defined safety target and site safety execution (if any).

- Code of Conduct (CoC) - Strict Compliance with Group CoC Rules

• To ensure that all job-related activities and behaviours are in compliance with the Group CoC guidelines and in accordance with the local laws;

• To actively report any violation or potential violation to the Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education

• Familiar with SAIS, CPSI process

• Familiar with relevant codes & regulations (TCVN, EN81)

• Degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical or electrical.

Other skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft office application (Word, Excel…)

Professional experience

• Minimum 3yrs in Commodity

• Minimum 5yrs in Custom modular, Custom design, Modernization.

Languages

Fair English in reading and writing
