• Manage and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog for marketplace, Mini App and Chat Commerce channels based on business impact and operational readiness.
• Design and optimize end-to-end commerce flows, including product, pricing, promotion, inventory, order fulfillment, cancellation, returns and reconciliation.
• Develop Chat Commerce journeys that help customers discover products, connect with pharmacists and complete purchases.
• Define the operating model with Customer Service and pharmacist teams: what is automated, what is handed to a human, and the guardrails for any health-related advice.
• Translate business and operational needs into BRDs, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, and work with Engineering, Design and QA through UAT and release.
• Collaborate with platform partners and vendors on integrations, capabilities, issues and product improvements.
• Coordinate channel onboarding and rollout, working with Operations and Stores on process changes and implementation.
• Monitor key metrics such as GMV, order volume, conversion, chat-to-order, cancellation and out-of-stock rates to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, E-commerce or Digital Operations.
• Hands-on experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, O2O or Digital Retail.
• Strong ability to translate business problems into clear requirements and product solutions.
• Comfortable working with Technology and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, GrabMart, Shopee, Lazada, Mini Apps or Chat Commerce is a plus.
