We are looking for a Product Specialist to lead the zBox billing and payment infrastructure. You will be responsible for scaling the systems that enable Zalo's continued monetization growth, focusing on:

• Reporting & Management Portals: Providing actionable data insights & reduce operations cost
• Merchant & CRM: Streamlining partner relationships & CS quality
• Payment & Billing: Ensuring seamless payment UX and customer invoicing
• Design comprehensive transaction flows, refund mechanisms, reconciliation processes, etc;
• Design checkout pages and transaction management systems for end-users;
• Gather and prioritize product requirements by collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders;
• Lead the product development process: analyze problems, conceptualize ideas, create solution prototypes, and write clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs);
• Collaborate with Business, Tech, and Design teams to deliver high-quality features that align with customer needs and company goals;
• Analyze user data, product performance, and behavioral insights to drive data-informed decisions and optimize product features;
• Conduct A/B testing and research to validate hypotheses, thereby guiding product iteration phases;
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) post-launch, while proposing improvements to enhance user engagement and product value.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar roles
• Preference for candidates with experience in E-commerce, Logistics, or Payment Gateway domains.
• Strong logical thinking with a solid understanding of the operational workflows behind complex Transaction/Billing/Payment systems.
