1. Business Development & Client Relationship

• Proactively develop an understanding of Adtima’s ecosystem (e.g. Zalo, Zing MP3, Báo Mới) and its advertising solutions.
• Identify and approach potential clients to understand their business and advertising needs, and propose suitable advertising packages and solutions.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and ongoing support for campaign performance optimization.

2. End-to-End Campaign Management

• Receive and process advertising bookings from clients.
• Check advertising inventory availability and campaign feasibility across platforms (Zalo, Zing MP3, Báo Mới, etc.).
• Coordinate media bookings and ensure accurate campaign setup on internal systems.
• Manage campaign production and execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation are well coordinated.

3. Campaign Planning & Performance Monitoring

• Develop campaign timelines and execution plans, monitor deliverables, and track campaign pacing against agreed schedules.
• Proactively identify and escalate potential risks, including under-delivery, execution delays, and KPI gaps.
• Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs and coordinate with internal teams (AdOps, Product, Data, Tech) to support campaign optimization.

4. Reporting & Client Servicing

• Prepare periodic campaign performance reports (daily/weekly), including key insights and recommended next steps.
• Follow up with clients throughout campaign execution to ensure smooth coordination and timely updates.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support to maintain a positive client experience.

5. Data & System Management

• Maintain and update campaign databases and internal systems accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, Digital Marketing, and digital advertising solutions.

Strong execution and organizational skills, with high attention to detail, particularly in handling campaign bookings, data, and numbers.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising Agencies, Sales, or Account Management is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with experience or active involvement in sales, customer consulting, business/marketing clubs, event sponsorship, or other client-facing activities are preferred.
• Outgoing and proactive personality, with a willingness to approach new clients, build relationships, and take on business challenges.
• Strong motivation to develop a long-term career in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
