KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyzes market trends, competitors, target customers and sales channels, identifies and develops on-going market insight, unique entrusted products’ proposition with clear differentiators from the competitors.
• Identifies business opportunities and develops & enhance cash loan products (parameters, pricing, opportunity identification, value proposition, positioning, prototyping, business case, product/system requirements, launch plan, market mix model, performance metrics, organize product launch, sales channels, marketing plan, process/systems development or enhancements, sales training, reporting, approval, etc.), and maintains existing entrusted products and coordinates cross-departmental activities in support of new products development, and management of related entrusted products’ changes and activities.
• Monitors and analyzes product performance, including sales volume, conversion, profitability, KPIs, and customer satisfaction, and proposes initiatives to improve business results .
• Evaluates sales performance and channel effectiveness, identifies performance gaps, and recommends improvements to optimize sales results, channel mix, and cost-benefit efficiency (CBA, SWOT analysis).
• Monitors end-to-end lending processes and customer journeys, identifying and driving improvements in process simplification, automation, and customer experience.
• Coordinates with Commercial, Risk, Finance, Operations, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure successful product development, implementation, and ongoing enhancements.
• Prepares business analyses, performance reports, and product proposals to support management decisions and business planning.
