POSITION SUMMARY

The PRD Manager is responsible for the management of all Admin Associates and to ensure that all product information, special projects, are on schedule and information is accurate.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage samples and special projects.

2. Ensure the Admin team keeps all information updated on Basecamp.

3. Share information with the factory and maintain updated internal information.

4. Communicate product information with the Engineering Admin and Marketing team.

5. Manage time effectively, achieve company goals, and collaborate with the Operations Team.

6. Review project and sample status weekly and unresolved issues daily.

7. Ensure accurate data entry and timely, accurate responses to internal and external requirements.

8. Ensure all sample categories under the Product Admin & Support Associate meet sample deadlines.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Experience: 5+ years in the same position.

- Good command of English.

- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

- Proactive, detail-oriented and team player.

- Can use AutoCAD.
