Packaging Development:

·       Develop and manage packaging solutions for new and seasonal products, including structure, materials, labels, specifications and other related requirements.

·       Coordinate packaging improvement and renovation projects to optimize materials, costs, quality, functionality and product appeal.

Project Management:

·       Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders (R&D, SCM, QA/QC, Marketing,…) throughout packaging development and production.

·       Manage packaging sampling, testing, approval and production timelines to ensure projects are delivered as planned.

·       Manage project budgets and monitor packaging costs to ensure execution within approved budgets.

·       Identify and resolved issues during packaging development and production to ensure quality and timely execution.

In-store Visual Merchandising:

·     Coordinate with Operations to implement visual retail executions and promotional activities in stores.

·     Conduct store visits to monitor, evaluate POP (Point of Purchase) and VM (Visual Merchandise) tool conditions and provide reports.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

·       Have 1-2 years of experience in Packaging Development, Product Development or related roles, preferably in the F&B and FMCG industries.

·       Have knowledge in packaging structure, materials and label requirements,....

·       Have good project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, costs and multiple stakeholders.

·       Have good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

·       Have skills in market research and product/consumer trend analysis.

·       Knowledgeable about tea, coffee or food products.
