Role Responsibilities

●​ Set up TeeInBlue product bases with accurate size variants, print areas, and mockups

●​ Build and configure personalization campaigns (field logic, default selections, variant mapping)

●​ Configure customization options and live preview functionality to accurately reflect customer selections

●​ Test and validate export files against print specifications for each product base

●​ Troubleshoot "Designs Generating" errors and other TeeInBlue technical issues

●​ Fix preview vs. printfile discrepancies, especially for complex layouts with cutouts

●​ Optimize campaign performance and loading times

●​ Resolve production issues caused by incorrect configurations

●​ Quality check print files before products go live

●​ Duplicate and localize campaigns for US and FR markets

●​ Ensure correct product base assignments per market

●​ Collaborate with other teams on market-specific requirements

Terms of Engagement

●​ Contract Duration: 8 months

●​ Working Mode: Fully Remote

●​ Start date: before December 2026.

Yêu cầu công việc

●​ Minimum 1 year of extensive, hands-on TeeInBlue (TIB) experience.

●​ Minimum 3 years of work experience in design, e-commerce, or print production.

●​ Clear English communication

●​ Experience in using AI image generation tools (Flow, Gemini, Freepik AI, etc.)

●​ Experience with other personalization tools (Customily, Zakeke, etc.)

●​ Understanding different market needs

●​ Photoshop skills (Basic to Intermediate)

●​ Basic Knowledge of HTML/CSS

●​ Understanding of print areas, bleed, file formats, and production specs

●​ Technical affinity: You learn new software quickly and troubleshoot independently

●​ Self-Starter Attitude: You’re comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline notes.

●​ Based in Vietnam
