We are looking for an experienced Principal Software Engineer to provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and evolving high-quality software solutions using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on technical leader who can solve complex engineering problems, establish development standards, mentor senior engineers, and work closely with architects, product engineers, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable software.

Software Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET, and modern software engineering practices.
• Develop scalable, highly available, and performant services and applications.
• Produce clean, maintainable, well-tested, and production-ready code.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues.

Collaboration & Mentoring

• Work closely with Product engineers, test engineers, QA, and other engineering teams.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Mentor Senior Software Engineers and help develop the technical capabilities of the engineering team.
• Promote knowledge sharing through technical presentations, documentation, workshops, and communities of practice.
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex engineering challenges.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise in object-oriented programming, for example C#, .NET / .NET Core, C++, python, Java…
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
• Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise-scale applications.
• Understanding of relational and/or SQL databases and data-access technologies will be preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance-optimization skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
• Familiar with AI tools will be preferred.
