[Hai Phong] LG CNS is looking for Interpreter staff (Business Administrator) to join our project in Hai Phong. This role is responsible for supporting project business operations and coordination: base on smooth communication among customers, partners, HQ, and sit organizations, it performs administrative and management work across project business operations – quotation receipt/submission, investment review and project registration, contract/CP/WBS operation, PO/delivery/AT processing, and settlement/services/reporting; intended for personnel proficient in Korean language for customer and HQ communication.

• Provide Korean- Vietnamese interpretation and translation for daily communications, meetings, reports, and project- related documents
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between Korean and Vietnamese engineers to ensure smooth project execution
• Support administrative and operational tasks, including quotation receipt & submission management, investment review & project registration management, contract/CP/WBS Operations Management. PO/delivery/AT processing management, and settlement/service/reporting operations
• Assist project teams in cross-functional communication and information exchange to improve collaboration efficiency

Yêu cầu công việc

[Required]

• Bachelor’s degree in Korean Language, Korean Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in interpreting or translating
• Korean language proficiency (TOPIK Level 5 or above).
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across different teams and cultures
• Proactive and self- motivated, with a passion for interpretation

[Preferred]

• Have experience in Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Business Administrator
