WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Develop and execute Facebook advertising strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize performance.
• Plan, set up, monitor, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns based on defined KPIs.
• Analyze campaign data and measure performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to optimize ad creatives, messaging, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Continuously test and iterate creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Prepare regular reports, sharing insights, performance results, and optimization recommendations.

• Mandatory Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in POD/Dropshipping/Game Global/ UA, with a solid understanding of the business model, operational flow, and product characteristics.
• Graduated from university or higher. Preference will be given to graduates from universities such as NEU, FTU, Bach Khoa, FPT, and Thuong Mai...
• Hands-on experience in performance marketing, primarily focused on Facebook advertising, including campaign setup, execution, monitoring, and optimization to achieve business objectives.
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to track campaign performance, interpret key metrics, and make timely, data-driven optimizations.
• Proficient in using Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, LTV, and conversion rates, and the ability to use these metrics to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness.
