This is a full-time, on-site position based at the VNG Campus/Designers Hub(District 7), with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Role Objective

Support the Sports vertical on Zalo Video by developing partnerships, coordinating sports content and campaigns, and contributing to a diverse sports content ecosystem across football and non-football categories.

• Develop and maintain partnerships with sports federations, clubs, broadcasters, rights holders, tournament organizers, and other sports content partners.
• Support negotiation, onboarding, and execution of video, tournament, communication, and co-branding activities with partners.
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sports campaigns and tournament-related activities.
• Support the operation and broadcasting of sports livestream sessions on Zalo Video.
• Manage partner communication, provide ongoing support, and coordinate issue resolution throughout the collaboration.
• Monitor content and livestream performance, prepare reports, and propose optimization opportunities.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and partner relationship management skills.
• Good coordination and project management skills, especially for campaigns, events, and livestreams.

Knowledge & Experience

• Understanding of the sports media ecosystem, digital content platforms, and sports content distribution.
• Familiarity with football, non-football sports, broadcasting, livestream, or sports content production is a plus.
• Prior experience working with sports federations, clubs, broadcasters, rights holders, agencies, tournament organizers, or sports media partners is preferred.
• Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about sports and digital content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Sports Management, Media, Business, or related fields.
