Creator Sourcing and Pipeline Development

• Identify and engage potential creators across relevant platforms and communities.
• Research, collect, and regularly update creator profiles and contact information.
• Build and maintain a structured creator database to support acquisition initiatives and pipeline management.

Creator Outreach and Onboarding

• Proactively connect with potential creators via email, phone, and other relevant communication channels.
• Introduce the platform’s value proposition and provide clear, timely responses to creator inquiries.
• Guide creators through the account registration, setup, activation, and onboarding processes.
• Monitor the performance of acquisition channels and outreach activities, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize engagement approaches.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues arising throughout the creator onboarding journey and ensure a smooth experience.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

• Track acquisition progress and maintain accurate records of creator outreach and onboarding activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance updates for the direct manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Experience in partnership management, creator acquisition, talent management, communications, or a related area is an advantage.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, the creator ecosystem, and emerging content trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with data management or CRM tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Patience, accountability, and strong collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with artists, public figures, content creators, multi-channel networks, or talent management agencies.
• A strong aesthetic sense and good judgment regarding video and visual content.
• A genuine interest in entertainment, digital content, social media, and the creator economy.
