• Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Order Management Executive (Packaging, $800, ID 21705):
• Control and maintain data in the SAP system, including updating information and creating codes for suppliers/business partners.
• Create purchase/sales orders arising from transactions and issue the necessary documentation to support the transportation process.
• Prepare payment documents and financial invoices, and consolidate monthly incurred costs to ensure timely debt collection.
• Monitor actual inventory levels and proactively update daily market demand forecasts.
• Ensure production schedules are met through close coordination with suppliers and relevant parties.
• Receive information from customer account management contacts and coordinate with the Account Management (AM) team to prepare quotations, monitor contract execution, delivery progress, and payment collection.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree or above in International Business/Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Systems Engineering, Printing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in Operations Management or Customer Service roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel/data processing skills.
• Good command of English for daily business communication (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent).
