• Supervise the implementation of Operations SOPs for assigned jobs.
• Coordinate with QA to develop or update SOPs according to specific client requirements.
• Follow up daily job progress and communicate regularly with clients, both on-site and from the office.
• Ensure clients are updated accurately and promptly regarding job status and service progress.
• Handle client enquiries, feedback and operational issues.
• Support the investigation and corrective actions for customer complaints.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for additional inspection or testing services.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Laboratory, Administration, Customer Service and other related teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Collect and communicate customer requirements, market information and relevant business insights to internal stakeholders.
• Support the Sales team in marketing and customer engagement activities.
• Support the organization of seminars, workshops, customer events and other business development activities when required.
• Prepare weekly highlights, monthly reports, revenue reports and other reports requested by the SBU Manager.
• Ensure all required reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Control operational costs and resources related to assigned jobs.
• Ensure appropriate allocation and utilization of manpower and operational resources.
• Support continuous improvement of service quality, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties assigned by the SBU Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 2 year or more in field of woodchip inspection, production
• University graduated or equivalent
• Fluent in Chinese (speaking, listening and writing), basic understanding in English
• Computer skill (Microsoft Office, Internet…)
• Good communication skill
• Willing to travel
