Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

MBA is an advantage.

8-15 years of manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in setting up SOPs, operational systems, and manufacturing processes.

Demonstrated success in plant start-up, factory expansion, or production ramp-up environments.
