Tuyển dụng Nhân Viên Xử Lý Đơn Hàng (Sales Processing Officer) tại Hồ Chí Minh

- Collect all request of customer, make quotation, check draft invoice, prepare payment document and send to customer as requested.

- Follow up on ongoing orders and remind customers to make payment for previous orders.

- Follow up the quotation and arrange purchase order with supplier (Local and Oversea).

- Use the MISA system to enter purchase order (PO) and create delivery order (DO).

- Review and select supplier invoices by project for submission to the accounting department.

- Assist the Japanese Manager in handling and managing orders.

- Maintain and update the databases on the company regarding price list, calculation tools, stock, delivery status, etc.

- Support the Sales Team with Power point Presentations, market analysis.

- Update and maintain the Sales and Marketing department's documentation and databases.

- Make the Sales report (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) or when requested.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in International Trade, Sales-Marketing, Business, or a related field

- Good English skills. Japanese from N3 level or higher is preferred.

- Only women, Vietnamese people, over 25 years old, at least 3 years of experience working as a Sales Assistant

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web, AI searches

- Ability to work overtime when required.

- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines with a high level of attention to details.

- Priority to candidates who have worked for foreign companies, especially Japanese companies.

- Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team, adapt & work under high-pressure, honest, work overtime when necessary.
