Lotus Cruises is looking for a motivated Sales Executive with a background in Tourism & Hospitality to join our team!

• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain business relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, and corporate clients.
• Promote the company’s cruise services and identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Proactively seek new clients, expand the customer network, and develop long-term business partnerships.
• Prepare quotations, respond to client inquiries, and follow up on sales opportunities to secure bookings.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth booking processes and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report sales activities to management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous sales experience in tourism, travel agencies, hotels, hospitality, or the cruise industry.
• Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Experience in B2B sales and an established network of travel agencies, tour operators, or other tourism partners are highly preferred.
• Proactive, responsible, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
