Job Responsibilities

• Develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts for print materials, including posters, banners, and standees; edit and create videos, including animations, motion graphics, and other visual content.
• Develop video concepts, shoot, and edit content for TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Photograph and film company events and marketing activities.
• Develop branding and visual design for Vexere.
• Work closely with other teams to develop conceptual visuals based on their requirements.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
• Work with the team to build and maintain a consistent design language system.
• Provide design and creative support for other products of the Company, including B2B products such as the Bus Management System for bus companies, the Agent Management System for travel agents, and other travel verticals when required.
• Collaborate with and ensure alignment among both internal and external stakeholders across Marketing and other departments, including Product, Customer Service, and Account Management, to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience.

• A background of working well as part of a design team or Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Communications or related field
• Proficient in video shooting and editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or equivalent software.
• Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to quickly identify and adapt to emerging trends
• Basic photography and videography skills, including lighting setup and camera positioning
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for creating videos and images is a plus
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details

• Have at least 1 – 3 years of experience in Design, Multimedia Communications or related field
• Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
