- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Commerce or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Processing or Logistics; FMCG experience is preferred.
- Experience in Modern Trade (MT), order management or sales operations is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP system experience is preferred.
- Intermediate English communication skills.
