• Design, build and improve large-scale backend systems.
• Write clean, testable and efficient code in Java, and take part in code reviews.
• Check product requirements for technical feasibility, and make sure designs match the specifications.
• Help design robust, scalable systems and infrastructure.
• Find bottlenecks and bugs, and fix them. Support production issues with a strong focus on finding, diagnosing and resolving problems.
• Work with Product Managers, Data Scientists, engineers and other divisions.
• Share good practices on deployment and container orchestration, and guide junior members.
• Research new technologies, especially in mobile payments and AI.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of backend development experience with Java.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP and SOLID principles.
• Experience with Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring AOP) and Hibernate.
• Experience building and maintaining microservices and distributed systems.
• Familiar with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and caching (Redis).
• Ownership mindset: you can deliver on your own, keep high code-quality standards and communicate well with others.
